What happens when I want to sell my home?
When you sell your home, you receive your membership fee back, less any fees owed to the ROC.
- You can sell your house as you would in any other community. When you sell your home, your membership certificate is bought back by the ROC. The buyer of your home must become a member of the ROC and pay the membership fee up front prior to moving into the home.
- Members of Briarcrest Estates also have the opportunity to list their home directly on this website (Homes for Sale) by listing their home for sale at www.MHVillage.com, a nationally marketed website that is dedicated to the sale of manufactured homes.
- There is a small fee for listing with MHVillage, but members of Briarcrest Estates are entitled to a 25-percent discount simply by living here. Whether you or your real estate agent posts the listing at MHVillage.com, it will automatically be featured here on the Briarcrest Estates website.
